A construction request is a fit note, not a brochure enquiry. Name the loose form. We answer with whether a last can be cut, and what tension the work will take.

What to expect

EM DASH LABS LTD reads every message as material arriving at the bench. We do not send decorative lasts. If the foot of the work is clear, you receive a last number and a proposed sequence: measure, cut, pull, stitch, finish, wear. If the foot is not yet clear, you receive the questions that make measurement possible.

Use the request note for computer systems design, cloud hosting and infrastructure management, custom enterprise software, data processing and analytics, managed IT services, database administration, and systems integration. Professional, scientific and technical organisations are welcome when the walk is real and the edge must be finished.

Hours of the last room: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Greenwich Mean Time, with wear-time coverage by arrangement for managed services. Bring pressure marks if you have them: where the system bites, when it overheats, which edge was never burnished. If you have none, say so. Mapping pressure is the first pull. We typically reply within two business days in working hours. A first reply may be questions rather than a last number. That is measurement, not delay. Do not send live credentials, customer files, or special category data in the first note. Describe the walk of the work: who wears the system, what fails, what must not open at the welt. If you already have a last reference from prior wear, put it on the slip. If you are a supplier proposing a stitch into our bench, say so plainly so we do not last you as a client by mistake.
